The Basics:

Below is a screenshot of how easy it is to update your stock and index portfolio. As long as you are using supported stock symbols the service should work great!

Delivery Intervals (15, 30 or 60 minutes or 2x or 3x daily)
Notifications can be sent every 15, 30, or 60 minutes. If that's too much, then you can choose either 2x or 3x daily. In that case the alerts are sent out at market open, noon and market close.

Percentage Moves (based upon price of previous days close)
You can also choose to have your quotes delivered ONLY if the stock experience a certain percentage move. The percentage is set by the user and is calculated based upon the closing price of the previous day. The percentage move alert can be in addition to your other interval notifications or it can be the only alert you receive.

Target Price Notification
In addition to interval and percentage move notifications, you can also be notified if your stock moves reaches a certain target price level.

It;s simple to add symbols to your portfolio with either target prices for notification or just regular intervals for your continuous notifications.

Daily Weather Report
This is unrelated to stock quotes, but it's a nifty little feature for those of use who are extremely busy. Simply input your zip code and every morning you will be sent a very brief outline of the weather expected for that day. Additionally, you will be notified immediately of any severe weather in your area such as tornado warnings, frost warnings, etc.
